Chameleon Basic Care
There are approximately 80 different species in the chameleon family.

** Chameleons don't change colors to match their surroundings. Each species displays distinct color patterns to indicate specific temperature regulation and emotional changes.

Lifespan: 2-5 years

Terrain: Lots of hiding spots. Branches for it to climb. Flooring should be wire mesh or cypress mulch substrate.

Light: UV / UVB lighting

Temperature: 80-90°

Night Temperature: 50-75°
Heat Lamp

Humidity: Misting once a day but never over-mist or it can cause mold. Shallow dish.

Humidity: 50-70%

Feed: Crickets, worms, fruit flies.
