CHINESE WATER DRAGON

Native: East and Southeast Asia
** Chinese water dragons are very friendly reptiles and are friendlier than an Iguana.
Lifespan: 10-20 years
Size: 2-3 feet
Feed: crickets, mealworms, waxworms, earthworms, grasshoppers, butterworms, locusts, and possible small feeder fish. Adults can also be fed pinkie mice and kingworms.
Housing: 35 gallon tank or bigger (see Iguana care).
Terrain: cypress mulch, Astroturf, branches and plants to climb and hide.
Water: Water misting. Small pool for it to bathe in.
Lighting: UV / UVB lighting (12 hours) and Heat lamp for night time.
Temperature: 80-90°
Cooling Temperature: 75°
Humidity: 80%
